Cultural Identity & Social Issues
Defending British cultural values, biological reality, and family formation.
Ban the Burqa
- Countries across Europe — including France, Belgium, and Austria — have already banned the burqa.
- Both the burqa and the niqab are fundamentally un-British and have no place on our high streets.
- The safety and dignity of women and girls must not be sacrificed on the altar of multiculturalism.
- An overwhelming majority of Brits back a ban.
Ban Sharia Courts
- Sharia courts must be prohibited from operating as parallel legal systems.
- Only British courts — under British law — can have authority over matters such as divorce, custody, inheritance, and domestic abuse. There must be no religious exceptions.
- Many Sharia councils pressure women into remaining in abusive marriages — that must be criminalised.
- Britain has been described as the 'Western Capital' for Sharia courts with 85 estimated to be operating around the country. Close them all down.
Ban Halal and Kosher Slaughter
- Slitting an animal's throat and letting it bleed to death in the most unimaginable pain is morally repugnant.
- We must not bend our standards to accommodate cruel religious practices that would otherwise be illegal.
- If a British farmer treated an animal in this way, they would be prosecuted. There must be one rule for all, with no religious exemptions.
- Unstunned meat is often sold unlabelled in schools, takeaways, and supermarkets. That is wrong.
- In Britain, we treat our animals with dignity and compassion. Non-stun slaughter must be banned.
Sex Is Biological
- Biological sex is not a social construct — it is a fixed trait determined by genetics and encoded in every cell of the human body.
- Men and women are morally equal, but not physically identical. This reality must be acknowledged, respected, and inform lawmaking.
- Men must not be allowed to enter women-only spaces including lavatories, prisons, and sporting contests. Permitting this puts women and girls at risk.
- Objective truth, not ideology, must guide governance.
Restore Biological Reality
- The Gender Recognition Act must be fully repealed. The state must no longer issue legal documents that permit individuals to change their sex in law. Biological sex will be recognised as immutable and recorded accordingly.
- Reinstate clear, sex-based definitions in legislation to ensure women-only spaces, services, and protections are preserved — including prisons, refuges, and sport.
- Abolish the concept of 'legal gender change.' Documents such as birth certificates and passports must reflect biological sex, not subjective identity.
- Repeal any public sector policies or training requirements that compel the use of preferred pronouns, or punish those who refuse to deny biological reality.
Justice for the Batley Grammar School Teacher
- The teacher in question should receive a formal public apology from both the Department for Education and the local authority, along with financial compensation for lost income, trauma, and years in hiding due to institutional cowardice.
- Anyone who issued threats of violence or incited mob action must be investigated and prosecuted. Religious intimidation is not above the law.
- Introduce a 'Classroom Freedom Charter' enshrining the legal right of teachers to discuss sensitive topics — including religion — in good faith, without fear of cancellation or mob justice.
- If the teacher wishes to return to the profession, they should be offered a safe post, legal support, and long-term protection. No citizen should live in fear for doing their job under British law.
Boost the Birth Rate
- Slash taxes for working families by raising thresholds and reducing income tax for parents.
- Introduce front-loaded child benefits — larger payments in the early years when costs are highest. Provide married couples and parents with additional tax relief, incentivising stable family formation. Widen VAT exemptions to cover more essential child-related items.
- Social housing is for British families, not foreign nationals. All migrants must be financially self-sufficient. Those who cannot support themselves should leave.
- Overhaul spousal visa rules so British citizens can raise a family in their own country without bureaucratic cruelty. Red list introduction to crack down on fraud.
- Scrap interest on student loans and reverse VAT changes on private education to ease financial burdens. Invest in accessible IVF for couples struggling to conceive. Promote positive messaging around family and children to counter anti-natalist narratives.
