Electoral Law Notice

Restore Britain is a registered political party. Membership is subject to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA). By joining, you confirm that:

  • You are a British citizen, Commonwealth citizen with leave to remain, or an EU citizen resident in the UK.
  • You are not a member of another registered political party (unless permitted by that party's rules).
  • You are aged 16 or over.

Membership records may be disclosed to the Electoral Commission as required by law. Donations and membership fees over £500 in a calendar year are reportable under PPERA.

Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will use your information to manage your membership, communicate with you about party activities, and comply with electoral law. You can withdraw your membership at any time.
